How long does a typical repair take?
This will vary depending on the type of repair. Hardware issues sometimes take between a few days and a week, while software issues are typically much shorter, or could even be fixed by us remotely.
It's important to understand that each repair is different and depends on many variables, including the make and model of your computer and availability of parts. For a more accurate timeline, please feel free to reach out to us.
Do you work on older computers?
Yes! We work on any and all computers, and pride ourselves in not turning down work just because it's hard or parts are harder to find.
What if my computer can't be fixed?
Sometimes a computer is either beyond repair, or the cost to repair would exceed the cost of replacing the computer. We're always happy to spend more time trying to fix the problem, but we can also help you upgrade to a new computer with all your data and programs intact.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes! For all hardware, we offer a 30 day warranty. If any replaced part should fail within the 30 day window, you can bring it back in and we'll take care of it for you.
On all other (non-hardware) repairs, we offer a 7 day warranty
Can you recover my data?
Absolutely!
If you already had a backup, we can help you restore your data and get you back up and running.
If you didn't have a backup, we'll either directly restore the data (if possible,) or will work with our trusted partners to perform a more extensive hardware data recovery.
Pricing varies depending on the situation, but we'll give you an estimate after we've done our diagnostics.
